Shipping

All products ship locally within SOuth Africa. Once you place your order, you will be updated by email when the package has been shipped, and you will be able to follow its progress on the Order Tracking page of the courier where available. 

Delivery

It takes 5-9 working days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as per the courier’s guide. Check their page. 

 

Returns

Return Policy

We’re a small business and at this time, we don’t offer returns and exchanges unless the item is damaged. Please let us know by contacting us at admin@viplife.co.za

Refund

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at admin@viplife.co.za with the order number, photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Wrong Size

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
